Order processing & Shipping Time

At CAPSTOR, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and shipping method selected during checkout. 

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options including standard and expedited delivery services. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on product weight, destination address, and selected shipping method. The final shipping amount will be shown during checkout. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing tracking details. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status and expected delivery date. 

International Shipping

Currently, CAPSTOR ships only within India. International shipping services are not available at this time. 

Note: Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is completely different from the item ordered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Eligible return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and packed in their original packaging with all accessories and invoices. 

Return Process

Customers can initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team with the order details and reason for return.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be shared. Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted. 

Return Charges

Return shipping costs will generally be borne by the customer unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong product shipped by us
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. 

Non-returnable items

The following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Used or physically damaged items caused after delivery

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for faster resolution. 

Return Address

Please contact our customer support team before sending any product back. Return address and instructions will be provided after approval of the return request. 

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment Cancellation

Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.

Eligible cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund. 

After Shipment Cancellation

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may follow the return process after receiving the order, subject to return eligibility. 

Custom or Special Orders

Orders for customized, made-to-order, or special procurement items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started. 

Refunds for Cancelled orders

Refunds for successfully canceled orders will be processed within 5-6 business days to the original payment method used during purchase. 

Non-returnable items

The following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Used or physically damaged items caused after delivery

Cancellation Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable if the order has already been dispatched. Return shipping costs, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount. 

How to cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Mobile Number or Email ID
  • Reason for Cancellation

Once your request is received, our team will confirm the cancellation status via email or phone.
